Refund Policy

- Purchases on our own sites are processed by Polar as merchant of record; refunds are paid out through Polar. Marketplace purchases follow that marketplace's refund flow.
- EU consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and waive this right where the law allows. Your statutory rights are never reduced by this policy.
- On top of the legal minimum: if a product does not do what its product page says, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you. We do not refund because you changed your mind after downloading, but we would rather refund than argue: when in doubt, ask.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank.
